This package is perfect for the new coaching client and includes the following:
Three (3) months of coaching with your choice of:
- 2 - 60 minutes sessions per month, OR
- 3 - 45 minutes sessions per month
You will also receive email communication and brief phone conversations, as needed. Follow up emails after each session along with any homework materials or instructions will be provided. This package requires a minimum three (3) month commitment.
